What happens if I am not home to receive the order?If absent, a card is left; arrange depot pick-up or pay for re-delivery, or pre-authorize doorstep drop-off.
What should I do if there is an item missing from my order?For missing items, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery; after that, claims aren't accepted.
How long will my order take to arrive?In-stock items ship to the continental USA in 5-7 days.
Where do you deliver?Online ordering is available only in the United States and Canada. Inquiry about other locations.
My order hasn’t shipped yet. Can I make a change?Orders can be modified up to 24 hours before shipping.
Will e-NRG ship with my EcoSmart Fire?e-NRG ships separately from our St. Louis warehouse, but we aim to align its delivery with any accompanying EcoSmart Fire orders.
